Cancellation Policy
River Heron Writers’ Workshops recommends travel & trip-cancellation insurance. Below is the retreat cancelation policy:
Cancellation on or before July 1, 2024: refund minus $175
Cancellation after July 1, 2024: if we are able to fill your spot, refund minus $175
Cancellation after July 1, 2024: if we are unable to fill your spot, refund minus $300
River Heron Writers’ Workshops/RECHARGE: A Poet’s Retreat reserves the right to cancel the retreat in the event of civil unrest, natural disaster, pandemic or Act of God. In the event of cancellation of the retreat in its entirety, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid, less bank/PayPal/transfer fees. You agree to release River Heron Writers’ Workshops/RECHARGE: A Poet’s Retreat and its agents and/or representatives from any liability, including consequential expenses you may have incurred in planning to attend. We cannot provide you with documentation to support a claim to your travel insurance provider for flights and other expenses not paid to River Heron Writers’ Workshops/RECHARGE: A Poet’s Retreat.
Payment of deposit or payment in full for RECHARGE: A Poet’s Retreat constitutes agreement with these terms.
